PREP uses computer based training to enable students and engineers to vary radar parameters, and to observe the effects on active radar screens. PREP uses standard displays and signal processing techniques, which help to familiarize the user with typical modern pulsed radar systems, and an introduction to Electronic Warfare (EW).
