Thank you for visiting our website ("Website"), operated by innovative Technology Projects Ltd, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 04129876, whose registered office 27 Stephenson Road, St. Ives, Cambridgeshire, PE27 3WJ ("we", "us", "our" and "ITP").

These Terms apply when you access and use our Website in order to purchase goods from us ("Goods").

In some areas different terms will apply depending on whether you are a consumer or business. Provisions specific to CONSUMERS only are in GREEN and those specific to BUSINESSES only are in BLUE. The rest of the terms apply equally to all users.

To be clear, we don't limit our responsibilities to you where it wouldn't be lawful. For example, we don't limit our responsibility to you when we've breached your consumer rights. We also don't limit our responsibility to you when we've caused death or personal injury due to our negligence.

If you are a Business

We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to our Website or any content on it.
